Just a quick note to thank everyone for the great cards I've received to date. Mine should be in the mail in early March. I want to try to mail them from the lighthouse I'll be visiting.

Recieved Suzanne's beautiful sunset card of Algoma Pier light in Wisconsin. Another brand new light to me. That what I love about the exchanges.

But no card yet from JoAnn of Oregon lights.

The latest cards that we received were from Larry with the Concord Point Lighthouse, JoAnn with the lighthouses of the Oregon Coast and Suzanne with the Algome Pier Light.

One of these days I will get our cards out.

Thanks,

Is the title of this thread mislabeled? It says exchange #7. Shouldn't this be exchange #8? Sometimes I lose track of what's going on.

Nice card Bryan, thanks!

I got a cute little album for the cards today. Tough finding one that they fit. This is a little one where the cards/photos are inserted from the top or bottom rather than the side. The cover had some rather queer teddy bear pictures on it but I was able to remove it as it was just inserted. I turned it over to the other side which was white and put George's Cleveland card over it so that is now the new cover. Looks good. The only drawback is that you can't see the back of the cards without removing them but they come out pretty easily. Cost - $1.95. I think it holds 36 but will probably skip some as it will become pretty fat with the thinkness of the cards. Keeps them all together and doesn't take up much room.

Wow Larry! I'm surprised you received my card so fast to Maryland. It's funny how some mail takes longer in-state than to go across the whole country.

In answer to your question, I had a great time. I always love to leave weather in the 20's and head to the beach in the 80's. Since my husband was working for the Olympics for 3 weeks, I decided we needed a pre-Olympic getaway.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for all the wonderful cards. I returned home yesterday and found ten cards (from both exchanges) in my mailbox. It was a great surprise to find so many.

Just wanted to let you know my postcards will be in the mail soon. It was just too expensive to mail them from overseas. Hope you all enjoy.

If you just received a card of Southeast Light on the move at Block Island, that is my card for PC Exchange #9. The number in the lower left corner of that card is for the Anchor Bay Mobile Contest, if you choose to participate.

Did I miss PC Exchange #7's cards? I had one email asking me if the last card I sent out was for exchange #7 or exchange #9.

My question is did anyone receive a card from me for PC #7? Please let me know if you did receive one for PC#7 from me. Maybe I overlooked it by mistake. I realize that PC#7 runs from 1/1/2002 - 4/30/2002 but I think I might have missed sending my cards out for this exchange. I know I sent PC#8's cards out. If I have missed PC#7, would someone please email me the address list so I can get the cards out next week?

Many thanks for checking!

Bob

P.S.: The Southeast Light cards were for exchange #9 and the subsequent contest.
