Avatars?

I've already done a search and read all the topics pertaining to this question,. but after going through the profile section several times, I seem to been unable to locate a any controls that enable me to select an avatar. Is ubb set up that requires a minimum number of posts?

To be able to have an Avatar, you need to have reached the 'WACKO' level which comes automatically when you reach 50 posts.

Even though family & friends may already consider you "WACKO" when it comes to lighthouses.
