The longer we go at this the harder it gets Derith! Thank goodness for my paper list, which has gotten quite a workout and is getting quite frazzled! Watching out for those that go by 2 or more names is tricky too. You should see all the little notes penciled on my list! "A" again??? Yuk! Faro Cabo San Augustin, Spain http://www.masmar.com/faros/desc/79.html The Augustin should be acceptable..once again, it is not on my list under F, C, S, or A...What do you say, Sue? I am going to go to Atlanta tomorrow and won't be home until July 7th...I am going to print out a complete list as of early in the morning and then I will just write down all the ones that are posted until I get back home. I will have access to a computer while I am gone. [This message has been edited by Nana (edited 06-05-2002).] |

Can I be doing this? Bryan, that Estonian light was posted sometime ago. It is on my EXCEL list I printed out to carry along with me on my travels for the next month. That way, I can play, and not get into trouble with posting one that has alread been posted. So, I am going back to Sue's last post. Using the "S" from (Owls) Okay, so I am away from home..... PS Let me know if I am off base with this post, Sue. [This message has been edited by Nana (edited 06-08-2002).] |

Well, if you like to look at rocky cliffs Bryan! Seeing I'm out of "A's" and you two seem to have an endless supply I'll go with the "E". If you can't see the eclipse on Monday night you can go here to see Eclipse Island (Australia) |

Welcome back Derith! The light you've posted is different from the other two that you referenced. In the photo included in your link to this light it appears that the light shown to the right of the harbour light is the east pierhead light. Paul has just returned from another of his "road trips" and tomorrow is their club's picnic at the lighthouse so I'm sure he's been very busy lately. |

Islas Baleares, France http://robert.carceller.free.fr/phare21/pag427.html Until I get back home, I am going to shutter everytime I post a light. Is this a keeper Sue? I look up every letter I thought it could be listed under on our list and didn't find it. Let me know....those "i" lights are getting harder to find. |

Derith, if you look at the white line beneath the photo of your last lighthouse you will see that the name of it is Palma which does not fit. The location is Balearic Islands, part of Spain. Seems like Bryan's light should go back in the hopper and we should start again with an "I" light? |

That buzzer is awful...this time is sounded somewhat mournful....did you buzz it longer than usual, Sue? Okay, so I have the defeatest attitude...but what is a girl to do? Try, try again, I guess....Sorry Bryan! Okay, here is my next try. Isikari, Japan http://www8.big.or.jp/~tae/Lh1/isikari.html I have Isokari, Finland on my list and I looked it up on the net...there is one there too. Okay, do I have to find another or will this one do. [This message has been edited by Nana (edited 06-16-2002).] |

Zanddijk, Netherlands (also known as Groote Kaap Lighthouse) http://www.lighthousedigest.com/database/uniquelighthouse.cfm?value=2154 Ya'll, I don't have either light on my list...to buzz or not to buzz, that is the ???? |

Don't think that one's been posted before Derith. Netherland's tricky as many seem to go by more than one name, sometimes depending on what site you find them on! |

Faro San Gregorio, Argentina http://www.geocities.com/lu7cc/faro_San_Gregorio.html Thanks for the great site, Sue. Since I taught an ELP class on Central and South America this spring, I have searched for sites with lights in those 20 some countries. This is a good one. |
