It’s quite shiny so please forgive the reflections from the scanner. I'm sure no expert. The Wacko Pin Committee has been working very hard to get this pin made in time for you to wear it to the various early summer signings, and hopefully the Rosemont Show and the Summer Regional the end of June. As manufacturing times vary and are not a firm date-commitment on China's part, we need to set an absolute deadline date to receive your last minute orders and checks. We can only submit ONE order to China, as we have a minimum number of pins we have to buy. We have received a sample of the pin, and it has met our standard of quality. On to the next step now. This committee HAS met their minimum. As announced previously, all checks will now be cashed and the pin will be manufactured. Thank you for meeting that criteria. The FINAL DEADLINE is April 26. That means Darlene Cook MUST RECEIVE in her hands your check and pin order on or before that date. That does NOT mean that you can send her your electronic order form on the 26th. If you are ordering pin(s) this next week or so, please send your CHECK on that same day. April 22 will probably be the last safe day to mail it in order to reach Darlene in time. We are not ordering lots of extra pins as some other clubs do, to sell them in the future. This is a time-dated fundraiser. The check needs to be made out to Darlene Cook, who is receiving all of the orders. If you will go to our webpage, and click onto "Order the Pin" in BOTH boxes, it will lead you to full instructions on how to fill out the electronic order form; how to print it; and especially now close to the deadline, the need to send your check immediately along with a print- out of your order form, to Darlene. http://home.att.net/~wackopin/ The final pin order will be sent to China right after our deadline date of April 26. We sure hope to get them back so we can mail them out to all of you in time to wear at Rosemont, the summer regional, and other early summer HL events.
