Jim was absentee for a while as he moved from one house to another. I sent him several e-mails then and it took him a couple months to respond. Perhaps a similar situation has come up. Remember this is truly a 'mom and pop' operation but Jim has always delivered his product - I'm sure he'll catch everyone up when he resurfaces.
