Mombo, I connected my 2nd Order to an adapter for the first time last night, and the bulb blew after about five minutes. I wonder if this is a common occurence. The lens flashes way too fast as well. Hard to enjoy it...more of a migraine maker.

Glad to know the difference where Stratford Point is concerned. I was also worried that the bulbs would burn out. It's also a pleasure to watch that beacon flash...much more realistic. I've had it on every evening now for a week.
