There goes "Concept Driving Trip in UK Next Month." I think we'll stay in London, take public transport, and get ripped off on hotels instead. ($600 a night for a Marriott. We've paid far less than that to stay at a suite at the Ritz-Carlton in the US.)

I paid $3.13.9 a gallon a week ago for premium. According to today's USA Today, we here in NJ have the cheapest gas in the nation...and we don't even pump it. Pays to have something like five refineries in the state.

It said that we'll be peaking in May-June, at $3.48 national average. Then down about ten cents per month through October, culminating at $2.95 in December. And, apparently, it'll be down to $2.83 a gallon in December...2009.

I'll be saving this article, and filling in the monthly national averages that the paper reports each month. A little "experiment" on the behalf of the "speculators."
