It is my understanding that we are seeing lower gas prices because President Bush has lowered the gas standards in order to get volume to the pumps. I heard that although we are paying less at the pump we won't be seeing the same mileage in our cars...therefore more fillups therefore we are still paying about the same for gas. And it looks like there is another big hurricane bearing down on the gulf coast...Wilma. We are all in for an expensive winter I am afraid!!
