Info wanted on James Oliver Casey, USLHS

Trying to research the history of my great grandfather, James Oliver Casey, USLHS, i have found among others than Cape Hatteras, he was stationed at Bloody Point Bar, MD, Pamlico Point,NC, and Royal Shoals,NC. Does anyone , in this vast network, have any info of keepers of these lighthouses? I am trying to establish the dates that he was stationed at these lighthouses. any and all help would be greatly appreciated. smile
