I tried and it didn't work so either my download is no good or maybe I have to select no avatar first and then get a new one.I clicked on one of my posted avatars and saved it on my Doc. maybe thats wrong.  I used www.lighthousekeepers.com/uploads/files/email address/fran.jpg
