Derith - Here's the website for the tours out to the lights in the Delaware Bay. Look under the events section for Delaware Bay Lighthouse Adventures. This is a great tour and you get up close to the lights. I did this 2 years ago and loved it.

Bryan - I heard the Chesapeake group is trying to put together a similar tour as well. From what I heard it will be of MD's southern lights.
