Very good ideas Max, but, it almost always seems like it's the same people doing the answering. The people that post on occasion, like yourself, need to take the iniative to answer these new posters. And don't get me wrong because I know you do post quite often but there are others that even though they visit often will not take the time to make a post. While I can see that someone new is reluctant to post, it's time the registered members that don't post and have been members for months(years in some cases) start posting.
