A cruise is great the location is not critical as long as there is a steady stream of lights and it's not COLD!. Florida would be cool and there are many lights to see There must be time to eat, visit and sleep (2 day cruise or week cruise?). Can the ship actually stop at some of the lights. I think it is called docking instead of stopping. laugh So, could the ship dock at some of the hard to reach lights?
