I've not seen one in person; just going on the picture:
A spyglass-size resin lighthouse replica inside an ovoid-shaped ornament with a "lantern room" top.
The front and back of the egg-shape are open so you can see the lighthouse.
While the overall size of the ornament is larger than in the past, the actual lighthouse is a bit smaller.
They don't 'blink'.
