The market for an update just isn't big enough to warrant the time and expenses. 5,000 original books were ordered; HL still has them in stock.

Cost of generating a new book would be prohibitive; the cost of doing a supplement for 2006-2009 would be less -- but I don't believe there is sufficient demand to make it a financial success.

Harbour Lights paid for the publishing costs up front. They may have just broken even by now.

I estimate about 1,800-1,900 hours of my time on the book. There were no 'advances'.

A new author would have to start from scratch.
