Welcome BeaconBob. The LLOM series is not limited or are they numbered. They also do not have the seahorse as the LE pieces do. They are highly detailed and fall into the giftware category whereas the limited editions are also highly detailed but fall into the collectible category. They are an excellent choice to collect if you have limited display space or do not want to sink a lot of money into your collection.
