We take a very personal approach with the website. We believe in "old fashioned" communication, not canned responses. Yes, there is the automated response and receipt when a customer places an order, but all other communications, whether by e-mail or phone, (or in person for our Cape Cod customers), are done personally by myself, or in the case of the Lighthouse Club and Guess-the-Lighthouse contest, by Dana.
I absolutely hate automated telemarketing phone calls and spam. My philosophy is, if I'm not important enough for you to take time out of your day to speak to me personally, then you're not important enough to me to respond! We follow that philosophy as a company with our customers and prospects, as well.
