Rich, if, by "real" you mean a "brick-and-mortar" establishment, in that sense, you are correct. But by all means, The Cape Cod Store.com is very real! In this day and age, an online retailer is as real as any neighborhood standing store. Our advantage is we can market to a much wider audience while keeping our overhead low, passing on the savings to our customers. More and more purchasing is done online each year, which is why all of the large national chains have developed websites and promote the hell out of them. Which brings us to the disadvantage of having a LOT more competition than the neighborhood "brick and mortar" shop.
