We started this drawing process in April 2007 so this will be the 12th month. Many, many thanks to Tony, Don and Harbour Lights for supporting this program and allowing winners to choose a Harbour Lights from any of the currently available pieces.
Once you are a winner, you will not be eligible to win again for one year. (i.e. The April 2007 winner will become eligible again for the April 2008 drawing.)
