Gee, whatever happened to the involvement of the White House in this decision? Didn't his dishonor Manson say it was now up to the EPA or some other WH agency?

I think I must agree that someone put him straight (or perhaps many of us put him straight) on what his duty was.

Interesting there at the end when he said, in effect, "I've already reached a decision but I want the two parties to negotiate and work together."
