Here is what we know up to this minute. Manson has made his decision and there is a winner and there is a loser, the press release is written, his findings about why he made the decision have been written but for some reason he is still not releasing it. It was to have been released last Friday by DOI. The President’s Council on Environmental Quality stopped it. We do not know why. Please encourage anyone who wishes to ask Manson why he is continuing to hold the release to please call him at 202/208-5347 or email him at Craig_Manson@ios.doi.gov.
