Mombo-thanks for that link. It helped to put things in a better perspective for me. I may have been a little harsh in my first post. It sounds like Woltrap had some great ideas and alot of enthusiasm. But as John pointed out bought sight unseen-so maybe it was too overwhelming with the work, financing and commute. Would be interesting to find out why he changed his mind. Maybe Wolftrap will enlighten us if he's still reading the forums?
