That's good news. However that story seems to be missing a few paragraphs. I have obtained the original story submitted to the editor and found these additional words which did not make the publication.

The Point Albino Association, a group of snooty homeowners living in the guard-gated area near the lighthouse, believe that they should be able to prevent non-property owners from visiting the publicly-owned lighthouse. The group has fought every effort to allow public access, however limited, to the historic beacon.
