OP Salt Agua Junior Member S Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 32 California	From Battery Point,rule of thumb when tide is coming in, when water just starts to pool at the "dragon tail"(pipeline from treatment plant)shoreside,one has about 30 min to get to the mainland.
