I received a similar reply, in writing, from my Congressman, here in the 5th District of Virginia. I have also written to both of my U.S. Senator's "just in case". After all...if the bill is re-introduced and does pass the House...doesn't it go to the Senate for a vote?? It is comforting to know that we all can make a difference!
