Thank you for putting this out to the voters to allow them to contact their congressmen with whatever opinion they have. Will congressmen listen or will this be voted in voice in a 2 am session with few present on/after Nov 12? My fear is that the entire due process of awarding our American lighthouses to qualified entities will be destroyed as set up in the National Historic Lighthouses Preservation Act as amended in 2000. It was a hard-earned amendment by experts in the field of lighthouse volunteers and preservationists. It must not be circumvented for any reason.
