· Cedar Island (Point) Lighthouse (1839 rebuilt 1868) – Easthampton, Long Island, NY – current status – owned by Suffolk County, smile adopted by Long Island Chapter of USLHS and Suffolk County Parks for restoration. smile
· Orient Point ‘The Coffee Pot’ Lighthouse (1899) – Orient Point, Long Island, NY – current status – Celebrated 100th Birthday, under Coast Guard Jurisdiction, functioning Lighthouse
· Plum Island Lighthouse (1827 rebuilt 1869) – Plum Island, NY – current status – 57 feet from falling into the sea, Long Island Chapter US Lighthouse Society is organizing a ‘Save Plum Island Lighthouse’ Program
· 2002 HL smile Race Rock Lighthouse, Southold (1878) – active – ‘Bowler’ ledge required 7 years, thousands of tons of reprap, numerous acts of courage and amazing persistence to build
· Eatons Neck Lighthouse (1799)– Asharoken, Long Island, NY – current status – Under US Coast Guard Jurisdiction, constantly rumored to be closed
· Huntington Harbor Lighthouse ‘The Castle’ (1857 rebuilt new site 1912) – Halesite, Long Island, NY – current status – in process of restoration by the ‘Save Huntington Lighthouse’ Committee since 1987
· Little Gull Lighthouse, Southold (1806 rebuilt 1868) – current status - active
· North Dumpling, Southold (1849 rebuilt 1871 & 1980) – current status – Extensive renovation and modernization done by current private owner Mr. Dean Kamen, Lord Dumpling.
