It's ashame that all the historic value has been taken out of this once proud Lightship, but at least the image and the history of the lightship will live on. It's better than it being completely torn apart and scrapped.

Plus I guess it would be pretty cool to stay a week in an original lightship (for the small price of your monthly house mortgage).
