Harry's choice of which lighthouse to make quite often goes back to his Harbour Lights days. A few of them, (Jones Point, Rock Island, Toledo Harbor Lens) were researched and designs started with release intended for Harbour Lights. When HL went belly-up and Harry decided to start up his own company, he dusted off the old designs and tweaked them a bit to suit what he was doing. Palmer Island was done as a favor to me. I requested that one and it happened to work perfectly within the parameters of what he was trying to accomplish with size and price at that time. Barbers Point was a request that Rich had made long ago and his persistence, (i. e. "nagging". lol!) convinced Harry to make it. Isle Royale is on the table because the private owner of the lighthouse contacted me to see if it had ever been made by Harbour Lights. I referred her to Harry. It was one that Harry had started working on years ago at Harbour Lights and she convinced him to revisit it and finish the design. As you can see, Harry is always open to suggestions. If a lighthouse has the right aesthetics and is one that has not been made before by Harbour Lights, he may just consider it. Sometimes it will take years before a piece is made because Harry just isn't happy with the design or technology and cost at that time just don't make his design feasible. After some time he may look at the design with a different eye and recreate it into a piece that better suits his artistic eye.
