That eliminates the theory of Bill's HL614 (clearly showing a Malaysian Sticker in the picture) being an AP if your HL614 AP was made in China.

This means that the only logical explanation to Bill's Malaysian HL614 is that it was a Paint Sample or Counter Sample produced in Malaysia and the actual production was moved to China. It also means that HLs (Bill) had this piece serialized as his #1 for his personal collection.

Some other possible solutions are that a Malaysian sticker was placed on the bottom of the piece and the China sticker was removed. Another solution is the piece was made in China and never had a sticker attached to it and someone mistakenly attached a Malaysian sticker because it was handy and used it instead of a China sticker.
