Dave and I shared thoughts about this matter recently. The change in webmaster has slowed things down considerably - even information about Baltimore pieces is not listed; I was looking for the thumbnails and only the '97 and '98 are listed. Unfortunately, there have been too many other changes and the result has been the depersonalization of H.L. One of the things I loved about this company was the fact that they were such a family business. I remember the very first time I called them and was so surprised to find that I was talking to Nancy Younger. I mentioned in another thread that, now, I frequently get someone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, promises to find out, and then there is no followup. Thank goodness for the Collector Forums and all you wonderfully, knowledgeable people!
