The 17 did not help.... LV117 sank in 1934 after a collision with the Olympic, 4 men survived. Lightship Ambrose is at Pier 17 in New York, but only has 4 portholes across the front - yours has 5. I thought maybe it was Relief in San Fransisco, but can find no "17" associated with it.
