Well that fact that it is a fence, my first guess would be the fence off of the Jupiter Lighthouse.
I don't have my Jupiter in front of me and I can't tell how big your fence is (not sure if 1/2" wide is the length or height) but because of the high fence breakage that the HL151 had I would first say that one.
