I can say that one of the recipients is a little tied up with other matters at the present time. One is a long time member, but doesn't post too often. The pair that should have arrived today, one person is not a member, the other has posted but not too much. Mailed out the last pair today, they should arrive at their new homes on Friday. One of those folks is definitely a member and the other is not a member.

Stan, a large number of people who purchased ELLs were not CF members. It would not have been fair to keep them from having the opportunity to obtain a low number since that had supported our previous projects.
