I used $50 as a breaking point to differentiate between the 2 sizes. Most LLOMs are small and sell in the $13-$22 range. A larger then normal LLOM with special features probably would go in the $30-$40 range so I listed $50 as the top end.

The Cockspur Island size larger piece could go from $50-$70 depending on features and actual size. Again I used the $60-$70 as a ballpark range.

I posted this poll for my own information and to see just how others would react to some costs that I guesstimated to be average for a piece of these sizes.
