If a collector answers YES to question #2, it is impossible to answer question #4.
I suppose you're right, Bob, but I felt the question needed to be in there for those who didn't answer "yes" to question 2.
I think the deciding factor re new people jumping on autoships is the available flag#. The lower the number, the more tempting it is to make the committment.
