Sheplers is the only company that does these cruises.

Mr. Shepler was personally piloting the boat I was on for a GLLKA cruise. He repeatedly told us the boat had GPS and the fog was no problem.

BUT, I am sorry, the people on the boat did NOT feel safe when we almost hit the lighthouse and people knew that there were boats out there without GPS. It didn't help when the Coast Guard called all boats off the water because of an accident.

Plus, people felt the cruise was not cancelled because either GLLKA or Shepler did not want to refund the money. We were promised 8 lighthouses. We saw 2 fogged in ones, and the ones in Cheboygan that we could have driven to on land.
