Let me start off by saying that's one great picture. Well DOne!!! Most programs that work with pictures have somewhere in their menu an option to RESIZE a picture. I have HP Precision scan, MGI PhotoSuite and ACD See. All good programs, not expensive and they do a wonderful job. I usually try to reduce my photos to 500 pixels on the shortest dimension, or is it the longest. It's been awhile! Someone will jump in here and help us out. Or in my case straighten me out!!
