I grabbed a couple of quick pics as I was passing by Dutch Harbor (Jamestown RI) on my way home from Point Judith on Labor Day. It appears something is going on at the lighthouse.





There is some sort of makeshift scaffold attached to the upper portion of the light, just below the lantern. Anybody privy to what is going on?
