This is a photo of my very good friend and the Cruise Director of this forum, Gary Martin. I took this photo of him when my husband, Dan, and I were out in Michigan for the 1st time last Sept.; in fact on Mon., 9/10, right after a stormy weekend. It was a very warm and windy day and Gary and I were taking photos of the BIG waves crashing over the South Haven lighthouse from up on the bluff a distance from the lighthouse. Gary made himself comfortable with his folding chair and his "monster" 500mm lens and I believe a teleconverter, on his heavier duty tripod head, for this big lens.
