Well, George, since you said post the response, and I've given up on trying to figure out which lighthjouse it is, I'll give it a try!

I've actually have found 2 definitions for "do" in Korean.

The first means a "way of life" or "art" (as in Tae Kwon Do).

The second (which I'm sure is the one you meant) means "island."
