Montauk would still remain #1, but Beavertail, RI is a close second. It a nice setting to sit on the rocks and have a picnic while the waves crash below you. You also get a good view of the Castle Hill lighthouse in the distance.
Wave after wave will flow in the tide and bury the world as it does.
