LV 51 is the correct number and its original official name was Cornfield Point Light Vessel as evidenced by a very old photo. I meant to note that during its experimental lighting phase, it was only off CT and thus it would not then be named Sandy Hook, but I hit the reply icon too quickly. It was named Sandy Hook Later. Also, at the time of its sinking, its name was Relief.
