Cove Point, MD is right, though I guess the ships would also have to pass Cape Charles.
If you look at the map for Cove Point on Lighthouse Friends, there is a Liquid Natural Gas facility just north of the lighthouse. I currently have a concrete project at that plant and I have been trying to think of a reason the bosses need to send me there.
