Thank you Paul! The picture on page 3 shows the rebar in base around the tower. Looks like #8 (1 inch) spaced about 16 to 18 inches apart, each way. The tower itself would have the greatest stress, wonder what's in it? The article gives the name of the contractor, so I am going to try and ask them some questions. If I get answers I will report back. Thank you again.
