What is that extra thing in the yard...picket fence around it?
It's a Play Set for the kids. What you are seeing over the fence is the overhead Fort or play house. Should have a latter on the right side or to the back as you are looking at it in the picture. Also should have a sand box on the ground below it. If you will look closely you will see the top of the Swings just behind it, that are attached to it.
Paul, maybe you could blow that up so that we could get a better look at the chan of the swing on the back side.
