It is with the greatest pleasure and excitement that the Hoosier Lighthousing Club would like to announce the winner of the 'custom-made' quilt raffle.
CONGRATULATIONS TO
SUE BRADY
Of Indianapolis, IN

Kat with the winner Sue Brady at Door County

When the winning ticket was drawn and the name was announced I think she was in a little bit of a shock.
The underwriting cost of making the quilt was donated to the club by Jeff and Mary Meyer's of Holland Michigan, and Kat Waterson of 'The Quilting Kat'. I am sure Sue and Paul have been discussing lighthouses and colors by now.
The Hoosier Lighthousing Club would like to thank everyone who purchased tickets from the bottom of our hearts. Those who attended the Door County Regional Event went beyond our expectations. An approximate amount of money the club made for restoration and preservation of the Old Michigan City Lighthouse was $1,500.00.............Wow!! You all are terrific.
Again a sincere congratulations to Sue Brady, the Quilting Kat is looking forward to working with her on her quilt.

Secretary of the Hoosier Lighthousing Club

p.s. I would have loved for everyone who purchased a ticket to have won!!
