No problem- I'm just glad it was dealt with in a timely manner.

Keep my offer in mind for the future- many places tend to overcharge for shipment overseas. It is no big deal for me to deal with this type of thing as long as people are patient. I work quickly but make no claims as to the USPS or other countries postal services. Canada's seems to be one of the worst as far as service goes, though.

I've had few problems with the UK or Australia and I'm a big supporter of the USPS. I think they do a very good job 99.9% of the time.(even if they are putting through another postal increase just one year after the last one)
