The 19th edition of the CIB Collectibles Market Guide & Price Index sold for $24.95 directly from the company. It was the book that the seller used for determining the value of the set of the original 17 with the flag number 103. He felt the prices in the book were too high based on what he had paid for the 17 lighthouses, so he lowered the price to the offer I made to him.
