Steve -

The CIB guides normally cover a wide range of products and come out twice a year. The prices they gave USED TO BE based on actual sales by recognized secondary market dealers.

Back in 1997-98, I was one of those who sent in price reports that helped set the 'prices'. However, what sets the market today?

It sure isn't secondary market dealers, is it? I don't have any up-to-date knowledge on how CIB sets the 'values' today.

It's probably worth the $10 investment today to at least have someone report to us on what they say.
